RELAXATION TRAINING
 
  • Relaxation training is a variety of integrated techniques that include hypnosis and bio-energetic work. Music, subdued lighting, guided imagery, and resourcing are just a few of the techniques involved with relaxation training.

  • Relaxation training can be experienced in individual and group sessions. Children, adolescents, adults, and couples can benefit from relaxation training.
 
    • Individual relaxation training sessions are 45-90 minutes. Most individuals feel results after the first session, but the most benefit is derived from 3-5 sessions due to the cumulative effect from multiple sessions. Repeat sessions are also encouraged to achieve mastery.
     
    • Group and Corporate relaxation training sessions are 2-3 hours, depending on clients needs and goals. Most people feel dramatic results after the first session, but the most benefit is derived by repeating the group process several times due to the cumulative effect from multiple sessions. Repeat sessions are also encouraged to achieve mastery.
